Baloney Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026 · App: Baloney: AI Excuse Generator · Provider: Wojo Labs · Contact: support@wojolabs.app
1. Using Baloney
Baloney is a humour and writing tool that drafts excuses for everyday situations. By using the app you agree to these terms. You are responsible for how you use what it writes and for following the laws that apply to you.
2. What Baloney won't do
Baloney refuses requests that could cause harm, such as fake documents, medical or official notes, covering up crimes, or deceiving people in ways that hurt them. Don't use Baloney, or try to get around its limits, for those purposes.
3. AI-written content
Excuses are written by an AI model on your device. They can be inaccurate, odd or unsuitable for your situation, so read before you send. You can report an excuse in the app with the flag button.
4. Subscription
- Baloney requires a subscription: $0.99 (USD) a month, or the equivalent price shown in Google Play for your country.
- New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial, as offered by Google Play. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions); it then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy.
5. Licence
Wojo Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Baloney on devices you control, as allowed by Google Play. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or extract the app or its AI model, except where the law allows it.
6. No warranty, limited liability
Baloney is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Wojo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or of anything it writes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
