How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Baloney > Cancel. In the app you can also go to Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription in Google Play.
I paid but Baloney still asks me to subscribe
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore purchase, and make sure the Play Store app is signed in with the same Google account you used to subscribe.
It says "Setting up your writer"
Right after you install Baloney, Google Play downloads its AI (about 400 MB). Stay on Wi-Fi for a minute or two. After that, Baloney works offline.
Does Baloney need the internet?
No. The AI runs on your phone. Google Play only needs a connection now and then to check your subscription.
How do I delete my data?
Everything stays on your phone. Use Settings > Forget used excuses, or uninstall the app to delete everything. See the privacy policy.
An excuse was offensive or wrong
Tap the flag on that excuse. It's hidden for good, and you can choose to email it to us so we can improve Baloney.
